Job Title : Sales Expert (FMCG - Food & Wellness)

Location : Gurgaon (Headquarters)

Experience Required : 6-12 Years

CTC Offered : INR 15-20 LPA (Fixed + Variable based on performance)

Reporting To : Managing Director & Founder

Role Overview :

We are seeking a seasoned Sales Expert with a proven track record in the FMCG sector. The ideal candidate will have substantial experience in scaling sales from a low base to several crores per month, particularly in online channels. This role is critical to our growth strategy, and the right candidate will have the opportunity to shape and lead our sales initiatives.

Key Responsibilities :

- Sales Growth : Drive and manage online sales, scaling from a low base to significant monthly revenue targets.

- Strategy Development : Develop and execute sales strategies to maximize revenue in the Food & Wellness segment.

- Team Leadership : Lead and mentor a sales team, fostering a results-driven and collaborative environment.

- Client Relationships : Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders.

- Market Analysis : Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth.

- Reporting : Provide regular sales reports and forecasts to the MD & Founder.

Key Requirements :

- Experience : 6-12 years of experience in sales, specifically in the FMCG industry, with a focus on the Food & Wellness sector.

- Proven Track Record : Demonstrated success in growing online sales significantly from a low base.

- Mindset : Positive attitude with excellent soft skills, coupled with a technically sound understanding of sales processes.

- Flexibility : Willingness to work a 6-day week (Monday to Saturday) from 9:30 AM to 6:30 PM.

- Availability : Immediate joiner preferred, but candidates with up to a 30-day notice period will be considered.
