Chartered Accountant

We are looking for a Chartered Accountant (CA) Head as a senior

leadership role responsible for overseeing all financial and accounng funcons within the

organizaon. This individual will lead the finance team, ensuring compliance with regulatory

standards, managing financial reporng, and implemenng strategies for financial growth.

Key Responsibilies:

1. i) Financial Accounng

• Prepare and maintain accurate financial statements (P&L, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow).
• Ensure compliance with accounng standards (IFRS, GAAP).
• Manage monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reporng.

1. ii) Taxaon:

• Handle corporate tax maers, tax planning, and compliance.
• File tax returns (GST, Income Tax, etc.) accurately and on me.
• Advise on tax-saving strategies and opmize tax structure.

iii) Audit and Compliance:

• Manage internal and external audits, ensuring compliance with audit requirements.
• Prepare audit schedules and respond to audit queries.
• Ensure adherence to regulatory standards and internal controls.

1. iv) Financial Planning & Analysis:

• Assist in budgeng, forecasng, and financial analysis.
• Monitor key financial metrics and recommend cost management strategies.

1. v) Cash Flow & Working Capital Management:

• Monitor cash flow, working capital, and liquidity.
• Oversee accounts receivable and payable processes.

1. vi) Financial Advisory:

• Provide financial insights and advice to management for decision-making.
• Support due diligence for mergers, acquisions, or expansions.

vii) Reporng & Documentaon:

• Maintain financial records and documentaon for audits and references.
• Prepare financial reports for stakeholders and regulatory bodies.

Required Qualificaons:

• Chartered Accountant (CA) or equivalent qualificaon.
• 3-8 years of experience in accounng, taxaon, and finance.
• Strong knowledge of accounng principles and taxaon laws.
• Proficient in accounng soware (e.g., SAP, QuickBooks) and Microso Excel.
