Chartered Accountant (3-5 yrs)

We are looking for a highly skilled Chartered Accountant (CA) to join our fast-growing D2C Manufacturing Brand in Kanpur! If you have 3+ years of experience in finance, taxation, and compliance, this is your chance to be part of a dynamic and innovative team.

Salary: - 12-15 LPA.

Location: Kanpur.

Key Responsibilities:.

- Financial Reporting & Analysis: Prepare, analyse, and present financial statements in compliance with accounting standards.

- Taxation: Ensure timely filing of GST, TDS, Income Tax, and other statutory returns while maintaining compliance with tax regulations.

- Auditing: Conduct internal and statutory audits, ensuring adherence to industry regulations and best practices.

- Budgeting & Forecasting: Develop and manage financial plans, including budgeting, forecasting, and cost analysis.

- Compliance & Risk Management: Ensure adherence to corporate governance, regulatory requirements, and internal policies.

- MIS & Management Reporting: Generate financial MIS reports and provide insights to support business decisions.

- Process Improvement: Identify and implement process enhancements to improve financial efficiency and accuracy.

- Liaison: Coordinate with external auditors, tax authorities, banks, and other stakeholders as required.

Key Skills & Qualifications:

- Chartered Accountant (CA) qualification is mandatory.

- 3-5 years of relevant post-qualification experience.

- Strong knowledge of accounting standards (Ind AS, IFRS), taxation laws, and financial regulations.

- Proficiency in financial software and ERP systems (Tally, SAP, Oracle, etc.

- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet tight deadlines.
