Chartered Accountant (3-5 yrs)

Job Description:

- Finalization of Accounts: Responsible for the finalization of accounts for the company, group companies, and personal accounts, ensuring audits are conducted.

- Accounts Payable Reconciliation: Ensure timely and accurate reconciliation of supplier/contractor accounts to reflect the actual financial status.

- Account Monitoring: Review reconciliation of accounts payable to ensure all adjustments are posted correctly and in a timely manner.

- Employee Payroll: Oversee employee payroll and monthly salary processing, including disbursement of wages to site/factory workers.

- Provident Fund and Other Statutory Compliance: Knowledge of Provident Fund, ESIC, Professional Tax, and Gratuity Act, along with handling inspections with the respective departments.

MIS Reporting:

- Manage fund and non-fund-based credit facilities from consortium banks.

- Submission of stock and debtor statements to the bank for cash credit accounts.

- Provide quarterly information (QIS) and other financial information (OFI) to the bank, as well as manage unhedged foreign currency (UFCE).

- Conduct quarterly unit visits with bankers for physical stock verification.

- Manage ILC/BG-related activities including margin, renewal, amendments, and due date for LC payments and BG closures.

- Handle import documentation and outward remittances (15CA, 15CB, FEMA), as well as export realizations.

- Coordinate fund transfers with bankers and manage the bank book.

Taxation:

- Deduction of TDS (salary and other than salary), payments, filing e-TDS returns, and making online corrections.

- Computation of advance tax liability, working on ITR, and tax audit.

- Computation and payment of GST, filing monthly and annual returns.

- Handle sales tax assessments for prior years.

- Provide details for income tax scrutiny as instructed by tax consultants.

Audit Coordination: Oversee internal and statutory audit coordination
