Graphic Designer

• As a Graphic Designer at THF, they will work closely with the marketing and creative teams to develop and execute visually striking designs for digital and print media.
• Creativity will play a key role in helping us communicate ideas, products, and services in a visually engaging way across different platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

• Create original and innovative designs for a variety of marketing materials, including but not limited to websites, social media graphics, brochures, banners, posters, and advertisements.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure design consistency with brand guidelines.
• Interpret creative briefs and transform concepts into engaging visual content.
• Develop and maintain design templates for consistent branding.
• Work with project managers and other stakeholders to meet deadlines and requirements.
• Prepare and finalize designs for production or digital use.
• Keep up to date with design trends, tools, and technologies to continuously improve their work.
• Perform other related tasks as required.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Graphic Designer or similar role.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, etc.) or other design software.
• Strong portfolio showcasing design skills across different mediums.
• Solid understanding of design principles such as typography, color theory, and layout.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
• Excellent attention to detail and strong communication skills.
• A creative mindset with the ability to think outside the box.
• Knowledge of web design principles (HTML/CSS, UX/UI) is a plus.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, or related field.
• Experience with animation or video editing software (After Effects, Premiere Pro, etc.).
• Knowledge of web design principles and UI/UX design.
