Role & responsibilities

• Oversee the hospital's daily administrative and operational functions.
• Develop and implement operational policies and procedures.
• Monitor and evaluate operational performance, identifying areas for improvement.
• Oversee and ensure timely processing of bills invoices.
• Verify service delivery against contracts and agreements for accurate billing.
• Stay updated on healthcare policies and implement necessary changes.
• Oversee documentation and reporting for audits and inspections.
• Develop short- and long-term goals for hospital growth and service expansion.
• Lead initiatives for facility improvement and modernization.
• Prepare and present the Monthly MIS (Management Information System) report during management meetings, highlighting key operational metrics and areas for improvement.
• Monitor PMJAY (Pradhan Mantri Jan Arogya Yojana) claims and coordinate with the finance team for claim verification and timely processing.

Preferred candidate profile

BHMS/BAMS/BPT/BDS with master's degree in healthcare administration
