Central Operations Leadership

• Oversee Pan-MAH Transport Operations, ensuring the timely and efficient delivery of services across locations.
• Provide Technology and Operations Support for the Call Center, focusing on enhancing customer experience and operational efficiency.
• Manage pharmacy home delivery operations, ensuring accurate and timely medication deliveries to patients.

Administrative & Support Services

• Oversee and manage the day-to-day administrative tasks, ensuring operational efficiency and accuracy.
• Provide administrative support to senior management, coordinating meetings and preparing necessary documentation.
• Assist in managing office supplies, equipment, and facilities to ensure a smooth workflow.
• Coordinate and ensure the smooth functioning of security services, ensuring the safety of employees and property.
• Oversee fire safety protocols, ensuring compliance with safety regulations and conducting regular drills.

Patient Feedback Management

• Collect and analyze patient feedback to ensure high-quality service delivery.
• Develop strategies to address patient concerns and improve service quality based on feedback received.
• Maintain a robust system for tracking and responding to patient concerns to improve patient satisfaction.

Backend Technical Support & Digital Services

• Manage backend technical support teams, ensuring technical issues are resolved quickly and efficiently.
• Coordinate digital support services, ensuring all systems and platforms are functioning optimally to support service delivery.
• Coordinating Telephony support system partners and ensuring the right solution in place within agreed terms

Data Management & Reporting

• Monitor and manage operational data to provide insights into performance and improve processes.
• Prepare and present regular MIS (Management Information System) reports to senior management, providing actionable insights for decision-making.
• Ensure accurate data collection and reporting, identifying trends and areas for improvement in service delivery.

Vendor & Partner Management

• Establish and maintain relationships with key vendors and partners to ensure reliable service delivery.
• Negotiate vendor contracts, ensuring the best terms for services and products.
• Monitor vendor performance and handle any issues related to service delivery or quality, ensuring alignment with Max@Homes standards.

Cost Optimization & Process Improvement

• Implement cost optimization strategies to reduce operational expenses while maintaining high service quality.
• Develop and implement process improvement initiatives to enhance operational efficiency and service delivery.
• Ensuring Processes efficiency and finding new solutions for cost optimization
• Periodic Cost saving initiatives
