Role: Associate Product Manager (Checkout)
Job Summary:
We are seeking highly analytical and detail-oriented professionals to join our growing team for Associate Product Manager. In this role, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams to analyze data, optimize user experiences, and drive impactful product decisions. You will leverage customer insights, industry trends, and advanced analytics to enhance our fintech solutions, improving checkout processes, conversion rates, and overall product performance.
Job Location: Bangalore
Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and optimize the checkout process for our products.
- Analyze user data and feedback to identify areas for improvement in checkout flow and conversion rates.
- Monitor checkout performance metrics and identify opportunities for optimization.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in e-commerce checkout experiences.
- Operate as primary point of contact with partners and build strategic relationship with our partners.
- Understand and improve the product based on feedback, issues, and user experience.
- Employ a range of qualitative (user discovery research, focus groups, usability studies, etc.) and quantitative (surveys, analytics, market research, etc.) methods to better understand our user preferences and behavior.
- Provide Category insights on search trends, gaps, growth drivers.
- Product analytics, driving new feature planning.
- Marketing analytics/credit analytics.
- Provide inputs for product development process from conception through design, build, release, analysis, and iteration including customer onboarding flow, underwriting journey, etc.
Experience & Qualification Required:
- B.Tech/B.E. from a premier institute.
- 2 years of experience in a consulting firm or as a product owner, or associate product manager in a fast-paced software product company.
- Must have experience of enabling product analytics systems on tools like mixpanel, posthog, google analytics.
- Experience of enabling and managing attribution metrics on tools like branch, appsflyer is good to have.
- Experience of setting up events for CLM tools like WebEngage, Clevertap etc. is good to have.
- Analytical thinking and structured problem-solving skills.
