Data Analyst - NBFC - IIT/NIT/BITS (1-3 yrs)

Looking for a Data Analyst for a Leading NBFC in Bangalore or Mumbai

Responsibilities

- Data Analysis: Perform in-depth data analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.

- Market Research: Stay updated on industry trends and customer needs, providing insights and recommendations for product enhancements. Leverage the understanding of the ecommerce and digital landscape to support decision-making processes.

- Product Development: Collaborate with product managers, and engineers to contribute to the development and improvement of product.

- A/B Testing: Plan, execute, and analyse A/B tests to evaluate the performance of product changes and optimise features.

- Customer Insights: Leverage customer feedback, surveys, and research to understand user behaviour, preferences, and pain points.

- Reporting: Create and maintain detailed reports and dashboards to track product performance and KPIs.

Experience Required

- B.Tech/B.E. from a premier institute.

- 1-3 years of experience in data products and technologies such as SQL, python and advanced Excel.

- Advanced analytical skills with demonstrated ability to work through the development of complex business solutions.
