Develop and implement creative activities and services to be held at the Lawn and Poolside.
Research, schedule seminars/tours on local area geography, history, culture, plants and wildlife
Oversee all employee personal activities creating and maintaining processes for disclosure and ongoing monitoring
Focus on Customer satisfaction as the primary driver of continuous improvement initiatives
Documentation and Record Analysis
Creating indoor outdoor games to keep guest of all age groups involved and engaged.
Prepare and carry out tendering prepare and negotiate contracts including contract management
Qualifications
A Bachelor Degree
