BRANCH IN-CHARGE

We are seeking an experienced and dedicated Branch In-Charge to oversee operations at our Kochi branch. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in the printing industry, excellent communication skills in both English and Malayalam, and be proficient in computer operations. This role involves managing day-to-day activities, ensuring operational efficiency, and meeting branch targets.

Education : Bachelors degree in any field.

Experience : Minimum 4 years in the printing industry.

Key Responsibilities:

(a) Oversee all branch activities, ensuring smooth operations and customer satisfaction.
(b) Manage and train branch staff, ensuring adherence to company policies and high performance.
(c) Track and meet sales targets, and prepare reports for management review.
(d) Maintain strong relationships with clients and handle any service issues promptly.
(e) Implement branch-specific strategies to optimize productivity and achieve growth.

Age Limit : 35 to 40 years.

Languages : Proficiency in English and Malayalam.

Skills : Strong computer proficiency; familiarity with relevant software/tools used in the printing and packaging industry.

Work Location :Kochi, Kerala.
