Banquet Executive

Under the guidelines of the F&B Manager to sell available and lettable Banquets Venues for conferences, exhibitions, meetings and receptions with a view to promote Food & Beverage and room revenue

Established Duties

• To follow the Mission statement.
• To follow the values and rules of the hotel.
• To undertake daily prospecting of clients with a view to selling the banqueting facilities available.
• To identify local competition and suggestions for means of combating the same.
• To assists clients in the programming and preparations of a functions.
• To prepare daily or weekly summaries of revenue achieved, prospecting undertaken and Guest feedback to Banquet Manager and through him to the General Manager.
• To Co-ordinate with the Accounts Department in realization of outstanding and credit facilities for the Guests

Functionally Related Department : F&B Production, Kitchen Stewarding, Housekeeping, Engineering, Accounts,

Front Manager, Sales & Marketing.

Support Department : Personnel & H.R, Training, &Accounts

Eco and cost control Responsibilities

• To follow energy conservation methods.
• To follow three bin rule religiously for recycling of paper
• To follow water conservation methods.
• To follow and educate eco- methods to other fellow friends and acquaintances.
• To follow the Ecotel Manual.

Language : English, Hindi & Local Language

Education : 12 th pass

Professional Qualification : Diploma In Hotel Management

Experience : Preferably some as a experience in Sales/Banquets
