Job Description
- Maintain cleanliness and orderliness in guest rooms, public areas, and back-of-house spaces.
- Perform daily housekeeping tasks such as bed making, dusting, vacuuming, and bathroom cleaning.
- Ensure all rooms are serviced according to hotel standards and within designated timeframes.
- Replenish guest supplies and amenities, ensuring they are well-stocked and properly presented.
- Inspect and report any maintenance issues or damaged items to the housekeeping supervisor.
- Handle guest requests and complaints promptly and courteously.Assist in maintaining inventory of cleaning supplies and linens.
- Follow all health and safety regulations, including proper use of cleaning chemicals.
- Uphold the brand s quality standards and values through excellent service and attention to detail.
- Collaborate with other departments to meet guest needs and ensure a seamless experience.
- 1-3 years of housekeeping experience in the hospitality industry.
- Knowledge of housekeeping procedures and cleaning techniques.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Positive attitude and a strong sense of customer service.
- Local candidates with a hospitality background preferred.
