Housekeeping - GSA

Housekeeping associates you are responsible for maintaining highest standards of hygiene and cleanliness in guest rooms and public areas to enhance guest experience in hotels. Responsibilities will include:

• Clean and maintain guest rooms, public areas, and other designated spaces following established procedures and standards. This includes making beds, vacuuming, dusting, and replenishing amenities.
• Replenish linens, towels, and guest supplies in rooms. Maintain an inventory of cleaning supplies and report when supplies are running low.
• Perform thorough inspections of guest rooms to ensure they meet quality and cleanliness standards. Report any maintenance or repair issues to the appropriate department.
• Provide a friendly and professional demeanor when interacting with guests, addressing their requests, and ensuring their comfort and satisfaction.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization in housekeeping carts, storage areas, and equipment.
• Document room status and work performed in hotel management systems. Report lost and found items to the supervisor.
• Adhere to hotel policies and safety regulations, including the proper use of cleaning chemicals and equipment.
