Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement comprehensive talent acquisition strategies to meet the human capital needs of strategic goals.
- Lead and manage theGroupLevel recruitment team to deliver high-quality talent pipelines and ensure an efficient hiring process.
- Enhance the employer brand to attract top talent and ensure a positive candidate experience.
- Collaborate with executive/senior management to understand workforce needs and develop recruitment plans accordingly.
- Use data-driven insights to optimize recruitment processes and improve hiring outcomes.
- Build and maintain relationships with external partners, such as recruitment agencies and job boards.
- Oversee the development and implementation of recruitment policies and procedures.
Qualifications:
- Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 18+years of experience in talent acquisition, with at least 10+ years in a leadership role.
- Proven experience in developing and executing successful talent acquisition strategies.
- Strong knowledge of recruitment best practices and tools.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
- Ability to use data and metrics to drive decision-making.
