Group Head - Financial & Corporate Strategy & Planning (25-30 yrs)

1. Design, develop and implement structuring of investments in group companies as well as new acquisitions considering the legal and tax implications on the same both in India and overseas.

2. Drive capital restructuring of group investment companies from corporate and company law, IT and valuation perspectives.

3. Should be a self-learner of corporate and individual legal and taxation aspects applicable to various countries where group has investments and be able to research and express opinion and implement M&A activities and solve operating issues.

4. Provide advice on FEMA, FDI and RBI matters, corporate law matters and support legal and corporate law functions of the group companies.

5. Provide support to Top Management at the group level as well as to group companies on direct & indirect taxation planning matters.

6. Research income tax case laws with respect to current and future potential taxation issues of the group and advice, co-ordinate; be actively involved in tax litigation of the group entities.

7. Analyze current and future business operations and plans to determine financial, regulatory effectiveness. Support business by providing analysis & information that would help ongoing operations. This may be done by leading a team of professionals working as part of the Chairman's office.

a) Monitor and analyze MIS reports of different businesses as per the guidelines and provide the required analysis and interpretation of market intelligence data required by Group companies.

b) Facilitate streamlining and aligning the business processes in collaboration with leadership teams.

8. Play a supportive role in due diligences process in acquisitions and divestments.

9. Facilitate compilation of annual budgets of group investment companies. Assist the group management to analyze the group investment companies and prepare MIS reports as and when required.
