CA qualified with 15+ years of experience out of which 5years as CFO. Experience in manufacturing industry worked on M&A, Private Equity & IPO.

Age should not be above 53.

Job Summary:

The CFO will be responsible for overseeing all financial operations of the company, providing strategic financial guidance, and ensuring the company's financial health. This role involves managing financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and reporting, as well as overseeing investment activities and risk management.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop and implement financial strategies to support the company's growth and profitability.

- Oversee the preparation and analysis of financial reports, budgets, and forecasts.

- Manage the company's financial planning and analysis (FP&A) function.

- Ensure compliance with financial regulations and standards.

- Lead the finance team, providing mentorship and development opportunities.

- Collaborate with the CEO and other senior executives to develop and execute business strategies.

- Manage relationships with investors, banks, and other financial institutions.

- Oversee investment activities and manage the company's capital structure.

- Identify and mitigate financial risks.

- Ensure accurate and timely financial reporting to stakeholders.
