Sales & Marketing Manager, Luxury Cruises

Sales & Business Development:

• Identify and target high-potential customer segments, including wedding planners, corporates, event planners, and travel agencies.
• Develop and execute sales strategies to drive direct bookings, partnerships, and B2B collaborations.
• Generate and nurture leads, conduct follow-ups, and close deals.
• Build and maintain relationships with with aggregators, wedding and event planners, MICE
• Meet and exceed sales targets through proactive business development efforts.

Marketing Strategy & Execution:

• Develop a comprehensive marketing strategy to position The Barge Company as the leading luxury cruise provider.
• Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns, including SEO, social media, content marketing, and paid advertisements.
• Organize and participate in trade shows, travel fairs, and networking events.
• Coordinate creation of compelling marketing collateral, including brochures, presentations, and promotional videos.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• 5+ years of experience in sales and marketing, preferably in the luxury hospitality, travel, or cruise industry.
• Strong understanding of luxury travel market dynamics and customer behavior.
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets and building strategic partnerships.
• Understands digital marketing, social media, and content-driven brand positioning.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Ability to work independently and drive initiatives from concept to execution
