Offline Sales Manager

Role & responsibilities

🔹 Inventory & Store Management

• Ensure each store maintains a healthy stock level, avoiding overstocking or shortages.
• Coordinate with fulfillment and logistics teams to schedule timely product replenishments.
• Optimize product assortment and visibility in stores based on sales trends.

🔹 Sales Performance & Strategy

• Track and analyze sales performance across different store locations.
• Identify high-performing stores and optimize product mix and marketing efforts accordingly.
• Provide monthly performance reports, highlighting insights on best-selling SKUs, slow movers, and areas of improvement.

🔹 Store Relations & Expansion

• Maintain strong relationships with store owners and retail partners, ensuring The Bare Bars products are well-placed and promoted.
• Work closely with stores to create engaging in-store promotions, discounting strategies, and seasonal campaigns.
• Identify and onboard new partner stores to expand The Bare Bars offline retail presence.

🔹 Operational Coordination

• Ensure smooth execution of offline marketing activations, tester placements, and promotional materials.
• Work closely with the finance team to handle invoicing and payments related to retail partners.
• Coordinate with Syed (Offline Sales Executive) for execution and logistical support.

Preferred candidate profile

• 2-5 years of experience in offline retail sales, FMCG, or sustainable brand management.
• Experience managing multi-brand retail operations, ideally in skincare, beauty, or lifestyle segments.
• Strong inventory and store management skills, with an ability to analyze sales trends and optimize distribution.
• Relationship-building expertiseable to manage and expand store partnerships effectively.
• Highly organized, self-motivated, and proactive, capable of handling end-to-end offline store operations.
• Comfortable working with small-batch, premium products that require careful curation and positioning.
• An understanding of sustainable retail, eco-friendly marketplaces, and clean beauty trends is a plus.
