Job Summary:

We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Store Manager to oversee both our offline retail store and online e-commerce operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales, managing inventory, ensuring excellent customer service, and optimizing the brands online presence. This role requires a blend of retail expertise, digital marketing acumen, and operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

Offline Store Management:

• Oversee the day-to-day operations of the physical store, ensuring smooth customer service and sales execution.
• Train and supervise in-store staff, ensuring excellent product knowledge and sales techniques.
• Maintain visual merchandising standards to enhance store aesthetics and customer experience.
• Monitor stock levels and coordinate with the warehouse for replenishment.
• Manage store sales targets, analyze performance, and implement strategies for improvement.
• Handle customer escalations and ensure quick resolution of issues.
• Conduct in-store events, promotions, and loyalty programs to boost foot traffic and sales.

Online Store & E-Commerce Management:

• Manage and update the brands e-commerce website, ensuring smooth user experience and order fulfillment.
• Oversee inventory management for online sales, preventing stockouts or overstocking.
• Collaborate with digital marketing teams to drive traffic through SEO, social media, and paid advertising.
• Monitor online customer queries and reviews, ensuring prompt responses and service excellence.
• Track website analytics, conversion rates, and customer behavior to optimize online sales.
• Coordinate with logistics partners to ensure timely order processing, dispatch, and returns handling.

General & Administrative Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement sales strategies to meet monthly and yearly targets.
• Maintain relationships with vendors, suppliers, and logistics partners.
• Ensure compliance with brand policies, financial reporting, and audits.
• Keep up with industry trends, competitors, and evolving consumer preferences.

Key Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, Fashion Management, or a related field.
• 3-5 years of experience in retail store management and e-commerce operations.
• Strong leadership skills with experience in team management.
• Knowledge of POS systems, inventory management, and e-commerce platforms (Shopify, WooCommerce, etc.).
• Digital marketing knowledge (SEO, Google Ads, Facebook & Instagram Ads) is a plus.
• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and customer service skills.
