We are on the lookout for a dynamic and results-oriented Head of Business Development to spearhead our sales and business growth initiatives. The ideal candidate will bring a demonstrated track record of driving business expansion, exceptional negotiation expertise, and a well-established network within the B2B sector. If you excel in tackling challenges, possess a persuasive approach, and are dedicated to advancing your career while nurturing lasting partnerships, we would love to connect with you!

Work Profile:

  • Identify and capitalize on new business opportunities, ensuring successful deal closures.
  • Drive sales for digital marketing services, including Social Media Management, SEO, Video Production, and more.
  • Oversee the entire business development process from prospecting to pitching, planning, and closing deals.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to craft and deliver impactful pitch presentations and campaigns.
  • Conduct client interactions through phone calls, virtual meetings, and in-person sessions, both onsite and offsite.
  • Partner with internal teams to provide customized solutions that align with client objectives.
  • Analyze client requirements to develop and define digital communication strategies.
  • Prepare and present comprehensive marketing proposals to support client acquisition and sales efforts.
Qualifications
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Bachelor s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field, Master s/MBA degree is a plus.
  • Customer service orientation and ability to build relationships
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite and CRM software
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Experience in digital marketing or a related field would be a plus
