Food and Beverage Manager

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Food and Beverage Manager to join our team and contribute to our continued success.

Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily operations of the food and beverage department, ensuring high standards of quality and service.
- Manage and train staff, including hiring, scheduling, and performance evaluations.
- Develop and implement menus.
- Monitor inventory and control food costs, while maintaining budgetary constraints.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and company policies.
- Handle customer complaints and resolve issues to maintain a positive dining experience.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless operations and guest satisfaction.
- Analyze sales data and trends to make informed decisions and improve profitability.
-Plan and implement strategies to increase sales and enhance cusotmer loyalty.
-Conduct sales activities for weddings and corporate events, including planning menu, negotiating contracts, and exectuing catering events.
