Project Tracking / Lead Automation

This role will also be responsible for sourcing leads (both specified and non-specified projects) for the national specifications and commercial sales team, using BCI and Estimate One lead generation tools

Role & responsibilities

• Participate in scheduled consultation meetings, and any other safety improvement activities conducted by the business.
• Report to work Fit for Work and not affected by alcohol, drugs, medication, fatigue or other harmful influences.
• Attend all required Safety, Health & Environment training / induction sessions and complete relevant paperwork as required.
• Maintain the currency of all licenses and permits relevant to the duties performed.

Preferred candidate profile

Proven experience in a similar role, with a strong understanding of project tracking and lead generation requirements. Experience in Salesforce.

• Thorough, systematic with a high attention to detail.
• Experience with lead generation platforms, such as BCI and Estimate One.
• Competent and experienced with the usage of Salesforce Sales Cloud CRM.
• Ability to work in a team and autonomously.
• Demonstrated ability to multi-task and adhere to deadlines.
• Excellent time management and organizational skills.
• Professional written communication skills.
