Power Platform / M365 Developer

Role & responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain secure, web-based applications and workflows using Microsoft Power Platform technologies and SharePoint Online.
• Design, develop, and implement custom applications using Power Apps.
• Create and maintain automated workflows using Power Automate to streamline business processes.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze business requirements.
• Translate business needs into technical specifications and actionable plans.
• Create and maintain comprehensive documentation for developed solutions, including technical specifications, user guides, and best practices.
• Support of development lifecycle, including requirements gathering, testing, and release management.
• Practice agile methodology and participate in agile ceremonies including daily stand-up meetings, sprint planning, sprint reviews, and sprint retrospectives.
• Troubleshooting and resolving M365 application issues or malfunctions. Providing end-user support and training.

Preferred candidate profile:

• Experience in development using .NET Framework, PowerShell, MS-SQL Server, JavaScript , JQuery and HTML.
• Experience implementing custom SharePoint features to enhance out of the box SharePoint functionality.
• Experience using the M365 Suite (Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, Forms, OneDrive).
• Experience with Active Directory/Entra.
• Exceptional communication and collaborative skills.
• Experience with web services including REST, SOAP and/or WebA
