Learning And Development Lead

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Develops and implements a learning strategy and program that are aligned with the

organizations objectives

• Must have full understanding of the various business units and their specific training

requirements.

• Embraces and implements various types of training
• Designs and produces training materials, including e-learning courses
• Assess the success of the development plans and modifies where necessary.
• Hires and manages L&D specialists
• Act as the principal point of contact for Oracle training module and development of

program.

• Collaborate effectively with other relevant managers
• Stay abreast of the latest developments in learning trends, changes in learning theory, and

developments in learning technologies

• Conducts annual training and development needs assessment with other functions.
• Draft implementation plan for training programs in collaboration with Functional Leaders
• Follow the approval protocol to accept training requests.
• Report out on the training completion, pre and post assessment scores, feedback forms, store

training materials appropriately in line with RPM data security policy.

• Coordinates with cross functional team to understand any ad hoc training requirements.
• Coordinates with facilities team to manage the supplies for training events.
• Works effectively as a team member with other members of management and the HR staff.

Eligibility:

• Bachelor's / Master’s degree in relevant field.
• Min 5+ years of relevant experience in services industry, preferably in multinational

environment

• Flexible to support the business in USA business hours.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal and soft skills.
• Adept with a variety of multimedia training platforms and methods
• OD Practitioner qualification is a good to have.
• Any related Certifications would be an added advantage.
