Job Description

Job Description:

The incumbent will play a crucial role in driving successful transition for the organization. By understanding the job description and meeting the outlined requirements, individuals can contribute to seamless transitions, fostering a positive and adaptive organizational culture.

  • Transition and Stabilize: Manage transition activities including process scoping, planning training

and knowledge transfer activities, process documentation, facilitating business readiness criteria, service level agreement and providing post Go-Live support.

  • Identify, prioritize opportunities and support the Business Operation in improving Finance/IT/

Sales Support or Engineering operations, in line with business objectives.

  • Adhere to and educate, in applicable cases on the process governance and ensure all

processes/tasks transitioned are compliant with the in-house transition methodology.

  • Work with Stakeholders and Service Delivery leads to understand the primary deliverables for

projects assigned and ensure completion with minimal supervision by stipulated timeline.

  • Project Management: Manage the project schedules, delivery interdependencies, stakeholder

expectations, facilitating, tracking and monitoring of issues and resolution and manage change requests.

  • Manage multiple projects across the organization driving finance/IT transformation,

standardization and continuous improvement opportunities

  • Partner with Service Delivery and Enabling functions on assigned strategic initiatives from RPM

and centre wide initiatives for RPM GBCC.

  • Observe and analyse the trend of centre performance and provide meaningful insights to the

Management.

To qualify for the role, you must have:

  • A bachelors degree in finance, Accounting, Computer Science or MIS
  • 7+ years of recent relevant work experience in transition and transformation in business

consulting or accounting areas.

  • Process documentation experience, preferably in Business Operation or Transformation

segments

  • Strong analytical and creative problem-solving capabilities
  • Experience in execution of projects with minimal supervision and strict timelines
  • Experience in implementing Finance function (direct or indirect) initiatives in processes

improvement/optimization or intelligent automation solutions

  • Project governance, risk management and change management expertise
  • Process/Continuous Improvement experience is desirable
