• Develop and implement data visualization strategies that align with the company s global goals and objectives.
• Identify opportunities to enhance business processes and decision-making through data visualization and analytics.
• Advocate for the adoption and effective use of Power BI and other tools across the organization to promote data-driven decision-making.

• Stay updated on the latest features and best practices in Power BI, SQL, Excel, and other visualization tools.
• Guide the team in implementing advanced Power BI features such as DAX, Power Query, and custom visuals.
• Ensure data models are optimized for performance and scalability.

• Engage with key stakeholders across the organization to understand their needs and deliver effective data solutions.
• Communicate complex data insights in a clear and actionable manner to various levels of the organization.

• A bachelor s degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, or a related field.
• 5 to 8 years of experience in data analytics, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
• Strong expertise in Power BI, SQL, Excel, and other data visualization tools.
• Proven experience in leading and managing a diverse team of data analysts and Power BI developers.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to translate complex data into clear and actionable insights.
• Strong problem-solving skills and a strategic mindset.
• Experience in stakeholder management and global market analytics.
