Job Description
- Analyze website traffic, user behavior, and conversion metrics to identify areas for optimization and improvement
- Conduct A/B testing and multivariate experiments to evaluate content, design, and user flows
- Track and report on key performance indicators (KPIs), including conversion rates, bounce rates, time on site, and goal completions
- Segment and analyze user data to understand customer journeys and behavior patterns
- Collaborate with marketing, product, and design teams to implement data-driven improvements for websites and digital experiences
- Stay up to date with industry trends and best practices in web analytics and conversion rate optimization
- Provide actionable insights and recommendations to increase website engagement, lead generation, and sales
- 5+ years of experience in an analytics or digital marketing role, preferably in a B2B SaaS environment
- Expertise in web analytics tools, including Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics, Amplitude, and Tag Manager
- Strong data visualization skills with tools such as Looker Studio, Domo, Power BI, and Tableau
- Proficiency in designing, executing, and analyzing A/B and multivariate tests using tools like VWO, Optimizely, and Unbounce
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams, including marketing, design, and web development
- Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to simplify complex data into clear, actionable insights
