Data Visualization and Dashboard Development: Develop and customize client-facing dashboards using Power BI and Tableau, providing clients with insightful analytics and performance metrics that guide decision-making processes. Campaign Development and Management: Design and launch targeted marketing campaigns that effectively generate leads and drive sales pipelines. Utilize various channels such as email, content syndication, live and virtual events, social media, and webinars. Oversee all aspects from inception through execution, ensuring alignment with client specific objectives, especially in pharmaceutical and healthcare sectors. Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including sales and marketing, to craft compelling customer value propositions. Partner effectively with internal stakeholders and external vendors to ensure campaign success. Strategic Planning: Define clear program objectives, target audiences, and customer journeys. Develop detailed personas and tailored messaging strategies to engage key demographics across different sectors. Operational Excellence: Manage campaign schedules, track progress, and optimize strategies based on performance data. Utilize CRM and marketing automation tools to ensure efficient lead management and to measure campaign effectiveness through detailed ROI analysis. Client Relations and Reporting: Maintain ongoing communication with clients regarding campaign progress and outcomes. Resolve any issues promptly, providing high-quality customer service. Prepare and deliver comprehensive reports and insights to stakeholders. Technology and Tools Proficiency: Leverage advanced digital marketing tools and platforms such as Salesforce CRM, HubSpot, Marketo, and specific platforms like Trade Desk, for programmatic advertising. Ensure mastery of analytics and data management tools to drive data-driven decisions.
