Cognos/SSRS Specialist - Data Analytics (5-7 yrs)

Job Title : COGNOS 11 & SSRS Specialist.

Work Mode : Remote.

Shift : US Night Shift.

Experience Required : 5 to 7 years.

Key Responsibilities :

- Create/modify Cognos 11 and SSRS reports based on business requirements.

- Schedule automated queries and set up report email distributions.

- Update Cognos framework packages as needed.

- Develop Informer queries for reporting from Naviga Ad.

- Research and suggest alternative reporting tools to replace Cognos.

- Prepare and deliver written and oral presentations.

- Collaborate with clients to gather and clarify requirements.

Technical Skills :

- Proficiency in Cognos 11 report creation and framework package development.

- Expertise in SSRS and SQL query development.

- Familiarity with Power BI reporting tools.

- Experience with Informer queries and other reporting tools is advantageous.

- Understanding of databases: SQL Server, Oracle, and UniData.

- Adherence to best practices for report development.
