? Job Summary

? The Value stream PSE, Tools Lifecycle Management and Global Engineering Strategy team is recruiting a Technical Product Manager to develop and deploy Engineering Concepts and other parts of the Reusable Design portfolio. ?
You will enter a global role with an extensive and truly international network where the PSE Value stream areis supporting our operational organizations with Strategies, Tools, Portfolio and Guidelines.
This position will be permanently based in Chakan, Pune. ?

? What you will do

? As a Technical Product Manager you will:?
?? ?Continuously improve and manage your portfolio and isrelated documentation and training material
?? ?Support internal stakeholders with technical support around Process Design
?? ?Participate in the prioritization of Engineering concepts and Design elements together with Product Owner
?? ?Follow up on usage and issue resolution
?? ?Life cycle of all existing Engineering concepts and Design elements, and development of new
?? ?Support engineers in the project organizations within project centers and business streams
?? ?Act as trainer in engineering trainings
?? ?Occasionally lead internal development activities together with our Project Centerrs and Business Streams.
?? ?Participate in defining and maintaining engineering strategies

? We believe you have

? ?? ?Minimum 10 plus years of experience working in the field area of food process engineering design.
?? ?Good understanding of Functional Engineering procedures such as plant modelling and common structure as well as related tools (SkyNet and TPM).
?? ?Familiar with general engineering tools used for large scale plant engineering.
?? ?Experience in using engineering tools (Matrix/SSP/Skynet) and Reusable design platform
?? ?Experience in implementation of L2/L3/L3+ projects, preferable including site experience?
