We are seeking a skilled Talent Assessment Manager to design, implement, and manage programs evaluating employee skills, competencies, and potential. This role demands expertise in psychometrics, data analytics, and talent management, plus strong project management and communication skills.
Responsibilities:
Develop and manage assessment programs to evaluate employee skills, competencies, and potential.
Design and validate assessment tools, ensuring they are reliable, valid, and fair.
Analyze assessment data to provide insights and recommendations for talent development and management.
Collaborate with HR and business leaders to align assessment strategies with organizational goals.
Train and support managers and HR professionals in the effective use of assessment tools and techniques.
Monitor and improve the effectiveness of assessment programs through continuous feedback and refinement.
Stay current with industry trends and best practices in talent assessment and psychometrics.
Ensure compliance with legal and ethical standards in the administration of assessments.
Lead and participate in special projects related to talent management and development.
Requirements:
Bachelor s degree in Psychology, Human Resources, or a related field. A Master s degree is preferred.
Minimum of 3 years of experience in talent assessment, psychometrics, or a related field.
Strong knowledge of assessment methodologies, psychometrics, and data analytics.
Proven experience in designing and implementing assessment programs.
Excellent project management and organizational skills.
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with diverse stakeholders.
Proficiency in using assessment tools and software.
Knowledge of legal and ethical standards in talent assessment.
