We are seeking an experienced and visionary Head of Assessment for our Data team. The ideal candidate will lead our content and data creation team, driving the development of cutting-edge assessments and data solutions that enhance our talent assessment and management capabilities.
Responsibilities:
Lead and manage the Content/Data Creation team, fostering a collaborative and innovative work environment.
Develop and execute the strategic vision for the assessment and data content creation, aligning with the company s goals and objectives.
Drive the continuous improvement of assessment methodologies and data solutions to meet industry standards and client needs.
Oversee the creation and validation of high-quality assessment content, including questions, scenarios, and simulations across various skill areas.
Ensure the accuracy, relevance, and fairness of all assessment content, maintaining rigorous quality standards.
Utilize data analytics to inform the development and refinement of assessments, ensuring they are evidence-based and effective.
Work closely with cross-functional teams, including Product, Technology, and Client Services, to ensure seamless integration and delivery of assessment solutions.
Engage with clients and industry experts to understand market trends, client needs, and emerging assessment technologies.
Drive innovation in assessment methodologies, leveraging AI, machine learning, and other advanced technologies to enhance our offerings.
Stay abreast of the latest developments in talent assessment, data analytics, and related fields, integrating new insights into our processes and products.
Collaborate with the technology team to develop and implement scalable data solutions and platforms.
Recruit, mentor, and develop a high-performing team of content creators, data analysts, and assessment specialists.
Foster a culture of continuous learning and professional development, to stay current with industry trends and best practices.
Requirements:
Bachelor s or Master s degree in Data Science, Psychology, Education, or a related field. A PhD is a plus.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in assessment development, data analytics, or a related field, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.
Strong knowledge of assessment methodologies, psychometrics, and data analytics.
Proven track record of developing and implementing innovative assessment solutions.
Excellent leadership, team management, and project management skills.
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage with diverse stakeholders.
