Role description:

We are seeking a talented and experienced Copywriter to join our dynamic team. If you have a passion for crafting compelling content that resonates with audiences and drives results, we d love to hear from you!

Key responsibilities:

• Develop engaging and conversion-driven copy for landing pages, email newsletters, and product launch updates.
• Collaborate closely with the marketing, product, and design teams to align messaging with brand guidelines and goals.
• Write SEO-optimized content, ensuring it ranks well while staying engaging and relevant to the target audience.
• Create persuasive copy for social media campaigns, ads, and other marketing channels.
• Research and stay updated on trends in SaaS, HR Tech, and the broader recruitment and hiring landscape.
• Edit, proofread, and re ne copy to ensure it is error-free, concise, and impactful.
• Contribute to content strategy by brainstorming ideas for campaigns and content that supports the company s growth.

Requirements:

• 3+ years of SaaS copywriting experience is a must; an HR Tech background is a plus.
• Proven ability to write engaging, results-oriented content for diverse platforms (web, email, social media, etc.).
• Exceptional spoken and written English skills with a knack for storytelling.
• Strong understanding of B2B audience dynamics and how to craft messaging that resonates with decision-makers.
• Familiarity with writing for HR and recruitment professionals is a strong plus.
• A portfolio showcasing your expertise in creating landing pages, emails, and marketing copy.
• Highly collaborative and open to feedback, with the ability to work cross-functionally across teams.
• Result-driven mindset with a focus on measurable outcomes, such as CTRs, open rates, or lead conversions.
• Pro ciency in content management tools, email marketing platforms, and basic SEO principles.

Preferred skills:

• Experience in A/B testing and analyzing copy performance metrics.
• Knowledge of industry trends in HR Tech, recruitment, or SaaS.
• Familiarity with content tools like HubSpot and WordPress.
