Associate Program Manager - Business Analytics & Data Science

Program Ownership: Take complete ownership of the Business Analytics and Data Science program, ensuring smooth execution of course-related activities.
Content Development: Collaborate with SMEs and interns to develop, refine, and update program content, ensuring it aligns with industry standards.
Session Planning: Plan and coordinate live sessions, including lectures, hands-on workshops, and mentor sessions.
Mentorship: Mentor interns working on content development and provide guidance to learners to enhance their understanding of the subject.
Collaborate with Experts: Partner with industry experts and SMEs to ensure the program delivers current and relevant material.
Initiative: Take proactive steps to improve the learning experience, suggest new ideas, and implement process improvements.

Skills Required

• 1-3 years of total work experience in Business Analytics and Data Science roles or in similar role , ideal would be a mix of both
• Strong interest in designing and developing online courses
• Instructional design acumen
• Strong understanding of fundamentals of Business Analytics and Data Science
