Abbott is very good science oriented company, good culture, work life balance, everything is good, but now the superiors are not encouraging talk science, even they also not discussing in field only ask the sales, not ask about what happen the market, simply aks sales,

Even though now last two years little bit changed only ask sales, not asking about market, only asking sales, we need to improve in aspect of science training, career growth training
