Business Development Executive - RWA Segment

Key Responsibilities

• Lead Generation: Identify and target RWAs and apartment complexes for EV charger

installations.

• Sales & Outreach: Present Terra Charges solutions to RWA boards, property

managers, and decision-makers, showcasing financial and sustainability benefits.

• Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with

clients and stakeholders.

• Customized Proposals: Tailor solutions to meet client needs, including financial

models and project timelines.

• Negotiations & Closing: Lead contract negotiations and secure deals to meet or

exceed sales targets.

• Collaboration: Work closely with technical, operations, and customer service teams

for seamless execution.

• Market Insights: Stay updated on market trends, competitor activities, and EV

industry developments.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of experience in sales, preferably in residential or B2B sectors.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
• Proven ability to build relationships and navigate complex sales processes.
• Familiarity with EV infrastructure or sustainability initiatives is a plus.
• Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, or related fields preferred.
