Job Overview :

We are looking for a highly skilled Senior Salesforce Developer with over 4+ years of experience in Salesforce development, specifically within Financial Services Cloud, OmniStudio, and Integration Services. The ideal candidate will lead the development, enhancement, and optimization of Salesforce solutions, ensuring alignment with business requirements while improving user experience and efficiency.

Responsibilities :

- Develop and optimize Financial Services Cloud solutions to support the unique needs of financial institutions, focusing on customer engagement and relationship management.

- Design and implement robust integration solutions that connect Salesforce with external systems, ensuring data integrity and seamless communication across platforms.

- Build and enhance Apex classes, triggers, and SOQL queries, ensuring efficient execution of complex business logic and data handling.

- Create and refine Lightning Web Components (LWC) and Aura Components to deliver an intuitive and optimized user experience across the Salesforce platform.

- Utilize OmniStudio tools (FlexCards, OmniScripts, DataRaptors, and Integration Procedures) to streamline and automate business processes, driving efficiency and accuracy.

- Contribute to Sales Cloud and Financial Services Cloud architecture, ensuring scalability, performance, and alignment with organizational goals.

- Manage Salesforce managed packages, ensuring compliance with best practices and seamless deployment across environments.

- Collaborate in CI/CD pipeline management, contributing to efficient, reliable, and scalable deployment processes.

Requirements :

- Bachelor's degree in Electronic Communication, Computer Science, or a related field.

- 4+ years of Salesforce development experience, particularly with Financial Services Cloud and OmniStudio.

- Proficient in Apex, Visualforce, and Lightning Web Components (LWC) development.

- Strong expertise in Integration Services, Sales Cloud, and the Salesforce Platform.

- Certification and Experience in Omnistudio (FlexCards, OmniScripts, DataRaptors, Integration Procedures)

- Ability to work effectively with global teams, clearly communicating technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
