Job Description:
We are seeking a highly motivated and analytical Finance-Operations Analyst (IT Services) to join our dynamic team. In this critical role, you will play a key part in driving financial success by providing insightful analysis and support across all aspects of our business. You will work closely with the accounts team, project managers, and leadership to ensure accurate financial reporting, drive revenue growth, and optimize profitability.

Key Responsibilities

• Financial Analysis & Reporting:
• Develop and maintain accurate and timely financial models and reports, including P&L statements, cash flow projections, and key performance indicators (KPIs).
• Analyze financial data to identify trends, variances, and areas for improvement.
• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports for management review.
• Billing & Invoicing:
• Collaborate closely with the accounts team to ensure timely and accurate invoicing to clients.
• Monitor accounts receivable and resolve any outstanding issues.
• Understand and apply various billing models (e.g., time and materials, fixed price, subscription) effectively.

• Commercial & Contract Management:
• Analyze and evaluate contract terms and pricing models to ensure profitability and compliance.
• Assist in the development and negotiation of client contracts.
• Monitor contract performance and identify potential risks and opportunities.
• Financial Forecasting & Budgeting:
• Develop and maintain accurate revenue forecasts based on sales pipeline, project wins, and market trends.
• Assist in the preparation of annual budgets and track performance against budget targets.
• Project Financial Tracking:
• Track project profitability and identify potential cost overruns.
• Analyze project performance and provide recommendations for improvement.
• Business Development Support:
• Provide financial analysis and support to the sales and business development teams.
• Assist in the development of pricing strategies for new business opportunities.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
• 7-10 years of relevant experience in financial analysis, preferably within the IT services industry.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to analyze complex data and draw meaningful conclusions.
• Excellent proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including advanced functions such as pivot tables, macros, and data analysis tools.
• Experience with ERP systems (e.g., NetSuite, QuickBooks) is preferred.
• Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial reporting standards.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to effectively communicate financial information to both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
