Salesforce Developer - Apex/Visual Force (3-5 yrs)

Job Description :

Required Qualifications & Skills :

- Experience: 3-5 years of hands-on experience in Salesforce configuration, customization, and implementation.

- Certifications (Preferred): Salesforce Administrator, Platform App Builder, or Consultant certifications.

Technical Expertise :

- Strong knowledge of Salesforce Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, or other Salesforce products.

- Proficiency in Flow Builder, Validation Rules, Reports & Dashboards.

- Experience with Apex, SOQL, Visualforce, and Lightning Web Components (LWC) is a plus.

- Understanding of integration patterns and working with APIs (REST/SOAP).

- Experience with data migration tools like Data Loader or third-party ETL tools.

Soft Skills :

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

- Excellent communication and client-facing skills.

- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

- Experience working in Agile/Scrum methodologies is a plus.

Preferred Experience :

- Exposure to Salesforce industry solutions (e.g., Financial Services Cloud, Health Cloud, or Marketing Cloud) is a plus.

- Experience working with third-party AppExchange solutions.

- Knowledge of DevOps tools (Copado, Gearset) and CI/CD best practices.
