Salesforce Developer - OmniStudio Platform (4-10 yrs)

Role Description :

We are seeking an experienced Salesforce Developer with strong expertise in OmniStudio. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing custom solutions on the Salesforce platform, utilizing OmniStudio tools to build interactive, user-friendly interfaces and automate business processes. You will work closely with business stakeholders to understand requirements and deliver efficient, scalable solutions that align with business goals.

Key Responsibilities :

Salesforce Development :

- Design, develop, and deploy custom solutions on the Salesforce platform, focusing on both Apex and Visualforce development.

- Utilize OmniStudio to build guided processes, dynamic screens, and automation within Salesforce.

OmniStudio Expertise :

- Leverage OmniStudio tools (OmniScripts, DataRaptors, Integration Procedures) to create efficient and intuitive solutions for business processes.

- Build and manage OmniStudio components such as OmniScripts, FlexCards, and DataRaptors to streamline business operations.

Integration and Automation :

- Work on integrations between Salesforce and external systems using RESTful APIs, SOAP, and Salesforce Connect.

- Develop automation using Flow Builder and Process Builder to streamline business processes.

Collaboration :

- Work closely with business analysts, project managers, and other team members to understand business needs and translate them into technical solutions.

- Participate in code reviews and ensure adherence to Salesforce best practices and governance policies.

Testing and Deployment :

- Conduct unit testing, integration testing, and end-user testing to ensure the solutions meet business requirements.

- Support deployment to production using Salesforce change sets or CI/CD pipelines.

Maintenance and Optimization :

- Perform regular updates, enhancements, and optimizations to ensure the platform is scalable and efficient.

- Address and resolve any technical issues or defects promptly.

Skills Required :

- Salesforce Development : Strong hands-on experience with Apex, Visualforce, Salesforce Lightning, and SOQL.

- OmniStudio : Proficiency in OmniStudio components, including OmniScripts, DataRaptors, FlexCards, and Integration Procedures.

- Salesforce Integration : Experience in integrating Salesforce with external systems using REST API, SOAP, and Salesforce Connect.

- Automation : Familiarity with Salesforce Flow, Process Builder, and Approval Processes.

- Version Control : Experience using Git for source control and collaborating in a team-based development environment.

- Deployment : Knowledge of Salesforce deployment tools like Change Sets or CI/CD pipelines (e.g., Jenkins).

- Problem-Solving : Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills to address technical challenges and optimize solutions.

Preferred Qualifications :

- Salesforce Developer Certifications (Platform Developer I/II, OmniStudio Developer).

- Experience with Salesforce Communities and Service Cloud.

- Experience in Agile/Scrum environments.

- Knowledge of Salesforce DX and Git-based development workflows.
