Salesforce Developer - Sales & Service Cloud (9-13 yrs)

Required Skills & Experience :

- 9+ years of Salesforce experience in development, architecture, and solution design.

- Proven experience with Salesforce Clouds (Sales, Service, Experience, Financial Services, Marketing, etc.).

- Strong expertise in Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Visualforce, Flows, SOQL, and APIs.

- Experience with integrations using REST, SOAP, middleware (MuleSoft, Dell Boomi, etc.), and third-party systems.

- Knowledge of Salesforce security models, sharing rules, and performance optimization.

- Experience in Salesforce DevOps (Gearset, Copado, Bitbucket, or Git-based CI/CD).

- Salesforce certifications (e.g., Application Architect, System Architect, or Technical Architect) are a plus.

- Strong problem-solving, leadership, and communication skills with the ability to work cross-functionally.

Preferred Qualifications :

- Experience with Heroku, AWS, or other cloud platforms for Salesforce integrations.

- Familiarity with AI-powered Salesforce solutions (Einstein AI, GPT, Data Cloud).

- Exposure to industry-specific solutions (Financial Services Cloud, Health Cloud, etc.).
