Salesforce Developer - Apex/LWC (6-8 yrs)

Required Qualifications :

- 6-8 years of hands-on Salesforce experience in consulting or enterprise environments.

- Strong expertise in Salesforce configuration, automation (Flows, Process Builder, Approval Processes), and security models.

- Hands-on experience with Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and SOQL.

- Proven experience in integrations using REST/SOAP APIs, middleware, and external systems.

- Salesforce certifications such as Salesforce Administrator, Platform App Builder, Sales Cloud Consultant, or Platform Developer I.

- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and leadership skills.

- Ability to manage multiple projects and lead cross-functional teams.

Preferred Qualifications :

- Experience with DevOps tools (Copado, Gearset, or Jenkins) for CI/CD.

- Knowledge of Data Migration (Data Loader, ETL tools).

- Exposure to Industry Clouds (Financial Services Cloud, Health Cloud, etc.).

- Experience working in Agile/Scrum methodologies.
