Salesforce Developer - Apex/LWC (5-8 yrs)

Job Description :

Requirements :

- 5+ years of hands-on Salesforce development experience.

- Proficiency in Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Visualforce, and JavaScript frameworks.

- Extensive experience with Salesforce declarative tools, including Process Builder, Flows, and Validation Rules.

- Strong understanding of Salesforce security and sharing models, including roles, profiles, and permissions.

- Experience integrating Salesforce with third-party applications using REST/SOAP APIs and middleware tools.

- Salesforce certifications (e.g, Salesforce Platform Developer I/II, Application Architect) are highly preferred.

- Strong problem-solving and debugging skills with the ability to resolve complex technical issues.

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills to convey technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.

- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities :

Salesforce Development :

- Design and develop scalable, maintainable, and high-performing Salesforce solutions, including Apex classes, triggers, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and Visualforce pages.

- Implement integrations between Salesforce and external systems using REST/SOAP APIs, middleware tools, and integration platforms.

- Build and customize Salesforce workflows, process builders, and flows to automate business processes.

System Administration And Optimization :

- Manage Salesforce configuration, including user management, security settings, and permissions.

- Optimize Salesforce performance by analysing usage patterns and implementing system enhancements.

- Perform regular system maintenance, including updates, debugging, and code refactoring.

Quality Assurance And Testing :

- Conduct thorough unit testing and support system integration testing to ensure high-quality deliverables.

- Develop and maintain technical documentation, including design specifications, test plans, and release notes.

- Collaborate with QA teams to resolve issues and ensure a seamless user experience.

Process Improvement :

- Stay up to date with the latest Salesforce platform features, releases, and best practices.

- Continuously evaluate and improve development processes and tools to increase efficiency and quality.

- Provide insights and recommendations for leveraging Salesforce to enhance business processes.
