About position :

We are looking to expand our core squad that develop and support our internal CRM for Randstad UK, and are currently seeking a high performing Salesforce Developer.

Key Responsibilities :

- Working together with our technical business analyst to implement changes to our Salesforce environment

- Developing Salesforce applications to a high standard of usability and quality for the end-users, based on requirements you receive from your project team members.

- Developing the integration of Salesforce with other applications using a variety of technologies.

- Conforming to Salesforce test requirements, governor limits, and coding security requirements.

- Collaborating closely with your team and third-party suppliers about technical issues and creative solutions.

- Building on your expertise in Salesforce development techniques.

- Expanding your knowledge and staying up-to-date with technical and market evolutions.

- Conforming with the information security policies.

- Reporting any information security incidents and improvement

Required :

- Experienced individual with 5+ years in a Salesforce Developer role

- Proficient with using Apex, Lightning Web Component (LWC), and other technologies to build applications & solutions

- Deep working knowledge of the Salesforce development environment including declarative automation features such as Salesforce Flows and Validations

- Experience of using SOQL and SOSL querying, and use of DataLoader Tool

- Understanding of security

- Experience maintaining and implementing integrations with other applications and systems using Salesforce connectors, web services and API solutions

- Experience of developing with and around Salesforce-managed packages

- Experience using Salescloud (Desirable)

- Knowledge of using Visual Studio Code

- Experience using Gearset deployment tools

- Salesforce developer I qualifications & certifications to complement

- Additional Salesforce-related qualifications i.e. Developer II trailheads/certification, App Builder
