Role & responsibilities

• Knowledge of current market rate of material, Technology in E-Tendering system, E-Procurement, Contract Management, Up gradation of New System, Offline Tendering, costing, raising inquiries to vendors, comparison, boq preparation etc. in compliance with successful tendering process. Knowledge of contract management / FIDIC contract preferred
• Positive behave to retain the current customer and develop the new clients
• Attending a pre-bid meeting with client and site visit for better understanding of project
• Reading proper tender document in coordination with BOQ, Specification and Drawings. Preparing cost estimation based on current rate from market.
• Taking customer feedback for repeat work order, Coordination with technical, purchase and account team for preparing offer
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office is Must. However Microsoft Project and knowledge of contract management is preferred.

Experience

• Minimum 3 Years

Knowledge/Skill Required

• MS-OFFICE, AutoCAD, Knowledge of Civil and MEP Works
