Role & Responsibilities:

Tender Search and Submission:

• Regularly search for relevant tenders across various platforms.
• Review tender requirements and prepare necessary documentation for submission.
• Submit tender documents within the given deadlines, ensuring compliance with all specified requirements.

Documentation Management:

• Organize and maintain all tender-related documentation.
• Ensure that all submitted documents are accurate, complete, and adhere to the tender guidelines.
• Ensure proper documentation of vendor registrations and submissions.

Vendor Registration:

• Handle the vendor registration process with various organizations and government portals.
• Ensure that all vendor credentials and documents are up to date and accurately recorded.
• Monitor and manage the status of vendor registrations for tenders.

General Administrative Support:

• Provide administrative support related to the tender submission process.
• Coordinate with internal teams and external vendors as necessary to gather required information and documents for tender applications.

Required Skills and Abilities:

• Proficiency in MS Office: Strong knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Documentation Tools: Experience or ability to efficiently work with documentation and online tools for tendering.
• Organizational Skills: Excellent ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritize work, and meet deadlines.
• Attention to Detail: High attention to detail to ensure all documents are in compliance with tender requirements.
• Multitasking: Capable of handling multiple tenders and projects simultaneously while maintaining accuracy.

Preferred Qualifications & Experience:

• Experience: 0 to 1 year in tender management or administrative roles.
• Familiarity with Tender Platforms: Experience with E-Tendering, GEMS, or similar government tender portals is an advantage.
• Communication Skills: Strong written and verbal communication skills for document preparation and interaction with vendors.
