About the Role: This role is a key role within Belong and it s broader Telstra family. Telstra is Australias leading telecommunications and technology company with a rich heritage that s been built over 100 years. We re at the forefront of technology innovation, with the largest Internet of Things network in Australia and are leading the way in 5G. As a Customer Service Voice Consultant, you will be the proud voice of Belong, responsible for providing best in class service to our customers whilst keeping our response times low and solution quality high. Please note: Our customers need us when they need support, so this role works on a roster across seven days between 8:00 AM to 9:00 PM AEST/AEDT i.e 2.30 AM to 3.00 PM IST (rotational shifts and rotational week offs). [Timings and shifts are subject to change and based on business requirements] Key Responsibilities of the role:
  • Provide exceptional customer service on a range of topics like billing, general enquiries, technical support and activation issues
  • Strive to achieve (& exceed!) your KPIs
  • Adhere to Belong s processes and procedures
  • Apply your tech curiosity and problem-solving capabilities to suggest process improvements
  • Live and breathe customer satisfaction
To be successful in this role, you will have:
  • The ability to start with us on January 20th,2025
  • Top Class Customer Service: Essential experience in solution-oriented customer service (voice essential), preferably in an international setting
  • Technical Curiosity: An impressive work history within in a technical customer service role, plus a person passion for solving tech challenges.
  • Results Orientation: a proven track record of being motivated to exceed KPIs and targets in terms of time and quality.
  • Team Player Mentality: You will work well with a range of team members within a fast-paced environment, showing inclusivity, collaboration, gratitude, flexibility, and adaptability.
