What Will You Drive?

As a Telesales/Telecalling Associate, you will be at the forefront of our sales efforts, engaging with potential customers and driving conversions. This role is not just about making calls; it's about building relationships, identifying opportunities, and closing deals.

You'll be responsible for:

• Generating your own leads through social media platforms like Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn.
• Reaching out to potential customers through calls, messages, and follow-ups.
• Engaging prospects with persuasive communication and guiding them through the process.
• Hitting monthly sales targets that challenge and enhance your negotiation skills.
• Keeping track of your calling minutes and conversion rates to measure success.
• Undergoing 7 to 15 days of training (both classroom and on-the-job) to ensure youre fully prepared to succeed.
• Earning exciting incentives based on lead generation, conversions, and overall sales performance.

Who Are We Looking For?

• A self-motivated and target-driven professional with a passion for sales.
• Someone with strong negotiation skills and the ability to follow up consistently to convert leads into customers.
• Experience in social media lead generation and engaging potential buyers online.
• The ability to work six days a week, with one weekday off.
• Punctuality and disciplinelog in at 9:30 AM and work till 6:30 PM, with a maximum reporting time of 10 AM at the office.
• A proactive approach, willing to go the extra mile to maximize conversions.
