What will you drive?

• Provide customers with information about our products and services through effective communication.
• Handle both inbound and outbound calls to address customer inquiries and resolve their issues.
• Understand customer needs and provide solutions to their queries.
• Assist customers in completing payments for challan-related transactions by securing the necessary OTP.

Who are we looking for?

• A candidate with 1-3 years of experience in customer support or telecalling.
• Someone with excellent communication skills and the ability to effectively manage customer interactions.
• A problem-solver who can understand and address customer needs efficiently.
• An individual is comfortable handling payment-related processes and ensuring customer satisfaction.
